Mubasher: Demand for the US manufactured durable goods rose in November, according to official data released on Friday.
Orders fell 0.8% to $250.8 billion last November, following two monthly declines, according to the US Census Bureau.
Excluding transportation, new orders for core durable goods declined by 0.3% last month, whereas they went down 0.1%, when stripping out defence orders.
Shipments of manufactured durable goods went up 0.7% or $1.8 billion to $256.7 billion last month.
During November, unfilled orders for durable goods edged down 0.1% to 1.181 trillion, the data showed.
